Important Guidelines for Teachers

Demo Swapping

Please ensure you accept a demo only if you are sure that you will be available to take the demo at the mentioned time. Once you have accepted for a demo then please don’t swap it among yourself. In case of any critical emergency and you want to swap the demo then it should be routed through the demo team itself and should not be done by yourself.

Video Camera

It is mandatory for all teachers to keep the camera on during the demos and regular sessions as it is required to create a personal connect with the student. If you are facing any challenges with your PC/laptop camera then please don’t take any demos till the time the issue is resolved. We will be doing random audits and will be taking actions against the teachers who are not keeping the camera on during the sessions.

Session Through Mobile

Under any circumstances you are not allowed to take a demo or regular sessions through mobile. You should mandatorily use a PC/laptop or a tablet device. If we find any teacher using mobile to take demos or regular sessions then strict actions will be taken against those teachers.

Punctuality

We have observed few teachers are not joining on time and keep the students waiting in the zoom call. Please ensure you join the session on time. Suggested to join at least 5 minutes before the session so that you can check your system settings like camera mic etc. and be ready for the session.

Gap Between Sessions

We suggest not to plan your sessions in a way the sessions happen back to back, in this scenario if any session getting g delayed all your successive session will get impacted. Schedule your sessions in a way that at least 15 minutes gap is there between two consecutive sessions, this will help you to make up any unexpected delays and also to get a break between the sessions.

Session Rescheduling

Whenever you reschedule any sessions with mutual understanding between you and the parent. Kindly raise the request through the TMS portal or Relationship Manager.
